This payment is the national payment gateway with the authenticity of the enterprise, all information is secured for the online payment operations.
Note: Use the same name and the same email of booking for making the deposit payment.
Refund policy for deposit payment:
Cancellation before 20 days: full refund – bank refund fee
Cancellation before 10 days: 80% refund – bank refund fee
Cancellation before 5 days: 70% refund – bank refund fee
Cancellation before 3 days: 30% refund – bank refund fee
Cancellation before 2 days: 20% refund – bank refund fee
Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour day: non refund
Refund policy does not apply to the periods of the national holidays, the period of Christmas, the period of New Year holidays, the period of Tet holidays. (periods are before 05 days and after 05 days)
Above policy is applied for the bookings/services without hotel staying & golf playing. For the bookings/services with hotel & golf, will be at the request of the hotel & golf course.
